Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship domestically within the United States, as well as internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom.  

Orders are prepared and shipped from our home base in Austin, Texas. Your package will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of your order date, unless otherwise stated, such as in the case of a made-to-order item or a preorder. 

Shipping for US:

All domestic US orders have a flat shipping rate of $8, or free shipping on orders of $100 or more. 

Shipping times typically take 5-7 business days. Orders will be shipped using either USPS or UPS.

Shipping for Canada: 

All Canada orders have a flat shipping rate of $14 USD. The Sunday Post operates under DAP incoterms, meaning the customer is responsible for any import costs such as duties, import taxes, or VAT, which may be due to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Duty charges are placed after the item goes through customs, so our shipping cost does not include these fees.

Shipping times typically take 5-14 business days. Canada orders are shipped via USPS/Canada Post.

Shipping for UK: 

All UK orders have a flat shipping rate of $22 USD.  The Sunday Post operates under DAP incoterms, meaning the customer is responsible for any import costs such as duties, import taxes, or VAT, which may be due to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Duty charges are placed after the item goes through customs, so our shipping cost does not include these fees.

Shipping times typically take 5-28 business days. UK orders are shipped via USPS/Royal Mail.

    Tracking Your Order

    Upon order shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you so you can keep a eye out. We'd also recommend downloading the app "Shop" to easily track order progress from our store!

    Returns

    We're confident you'll love your order, but just in case it's not quite right for you, we offer refunds for returned items. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and must qualify for the following requirements:

    • Products are not used, worn, washed, or damaged
    • Original tags are still attached
    • You have a valid order number

    Items that do not qualify for returns would be anything marked "final sale" or gift cards. Original shipping charges paid by the customer are not eligible to be refunded. For international orders, any customs/import/duties fees paid by the customer are not eligible to be refunded.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    US Returns: 

    A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you when your return has been approved. Please mail your return back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

    International Returns:

    The cost of shipping your return is the responsibility of the customer. When your return has been approved, a shipping label will be provided to you. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount, along with any import duties, fees, or VAT associated with the return shipping. Please mail your return back within 7 days of receiving your return label. 

    Refunds

    When we receive your returned item, if it meets the return qualifications listed above, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Damaged/Defective Items

    If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right! Send an email to thesundaypostshop@gmail.com and we will help you out.

    Cancellations

    Cancelling your order may or may not be possible pending shipping status or if the item has already been put into production. To see if an order cancellation is possible, please email thesundaypostshop@gmail.com and you will be assisted.

    If a cancellation is not possible, please follow the instructions above for returning your item.
